Privacy notice

This notice explains how A INACT LTD (“A inAct”, “I”) handles personal data on ainact.co.uk. Last updated: 30 October 2026.

Who is responsible for your data

A INACT LTD (company number 16267349), operating as A inAct, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: vincent.sellier@ainact.co.uk. A INACT LTD has applied for registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

What I collect and why

  • Contact form: your name, email, organisation, role, school, country and message. I use them to reply to your enquiry and to prepare for a conversation if you ask for one.
  • Email sign-up: your email address. I use it to send you the Top 3 Levers template and occasional practical notes on school improvement. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
  • Visit statistics: basic, aggregated information about how the site is used, so I can see which pages are useful.

Legal basis

I reply to enquiries because it is in your interest and mine to do so (legitimate interests, and steps you ask for before any agreement). I send the template and notes with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who handles data on my behalf

The site is hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic). Contact form entries are stored on the site using the WPForms plugin, spam is filtered with Akismet, and email sign-ups are managed through Jetpack. Email is provided through WordPress.com’s professional email service. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. I do not sell personal data.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for 12 months after our last contact, then deleted. Email subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by emailing me. If you are unhappy with my response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Third-party services on this site

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and use WordPress.com services (including Jetpack) for image delivery and visit statistics. These services receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads. I will update this notice if that changes.
